Swing or sliding, up to 800 kg a leaf. I come to your gate, measure what it can actually take, weld the motor brackets to fit it, and set the limits and the force.
The weight of the leaf and the state of the hinges decide the motor, not the other way round. A heavy sliding gate on worn rollers will eat any automation within a season. So I first check whether it rolls by hand; if it does not, that gets fixed first.
The brackets in the kit fit the gates in the catalogue, not yours. I cut and weld them in place, at the real height and the real distance from the hinge — that distance decides whether the gate opens all the way or stops short.
A closing gate does not see the car, the bicycle or the child. Photocells stop the movement the moment something breaks the beam. They are listed as an option because some people already have a pair, but I do not hand over a gate without them.
