The east Cyprus cluster — Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni — is one of the island's busiest tourist areas. There are hundreds of hotels, villas and apartment complexes here, and sooner or later they all need metalwork: rusted railings, blown-off gates, a cracked canopy.

Proximity to the sea makes AISI 316 stainless steel the only sensible choice for exposed structures. I work with 316 every day and know all the nuances of TIG welding stainless — proper argon back-purging, temperature control, scratch-free grinding.

From Larnaca to Ayia Napa is about 40 minutes by motorway. I arrive on the same day you call; for emergencies within 1–2 hours. I speak Russian, which matters in this area with its large number of Russian-speaking property owners.

Why is 316 stainless steel necessary near the sea?
In the coastal zone of Ayia Napa and Protaras the air is saturated with chlorides. AISI 304 stainless starts to show rust spots within 1–2 years. AISI 316 contains molybdenum, which blocks chloride corrosion and lasts 20–30 years with no signs of rust.
Is there a warranty on welds?
Yes. All welds carry a 12-month warranty; new gates and railings carry 24 months. If a weld fails, I come back and re-weld free of charge.
